| Notes | I'm releasing these demos because =S3= is retired until Tribes 2 comes out and many people have asked me for HO route demos. Most of the HO veterans will recognize many of these routes. I created every one of these routes on my own as have amny others. These are the routes I used the most. I've included routes for all CTF maps, most CTFb maps, and all DOX maps that I felt required HO. Beware, the DOX routes have only been used in pubs and pick-up matches. I haven't had the opportunity to test them in a high powered match. Caveat emptor. I believe the key to successful HO is a combination of route consistancy and knowing what and where to attack. Being on the ground is the worst place to be when confronted by lights. This became even worse with the advent of the mine+disc. Mine+Disc = dead HO. To be a good base wrecking HO you need to quickly get to the enemy base and do so without being vulnerable to deployable turrets, mine+disc and body blocks. I know, easier said than done. You'll do better if you consistantly hit your routes and don't flouder on the ground around the enemy base. And then there is HO spamming. It's extremely effective on certain maps and generally causes chaos for the enemy. :) Enjoy =S3= z0dd |
