Newbie Heavy O - Turn your Heavy Doh into Heavy Ohhhh!!

Simple Heavy O routes on all the basic ctf maps for newbies. I tried to avoid routes that need a disc jump as they're usually a little more complex. I also avoided a few shortcuts that newbies might have problems with *coughraindancecough* so don't expect anything too flashy :b
